SECTION ONE: ABOUT PRODUCTS
1. How Long Does Shipping take?
Majority of our products ship from within the USA. We have worked hard to be able to ship from within the USA. Most of our products will ship immediately after purchase from the United States. Some of our specialty items will ship from outside countries like China, Germany, and a few others.
2. Where Do I find my order tracking number?
Once the order is processed through our fulfillment center, we will be able to provide you with a USPS tracking number. There will be a few days required to process the order. You can email us at [email protected] and we will be able to provide you with your tracking number after the initial fulfillment period.
3. I Ordered More Than One Item, and Only Received One Or Part Of The Package. Why Is That?
We currently have multiple fulfillment centers spread out different locations, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your order or bundle, please, be patient, the rest of your order is on the way and should be at your location as soon as possible.
4. I placed my order but I did not receive an order confirmation email, What’s Going On?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Sometimes the email providers send emails to spam. Kindly, check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
5. I would like to make changes to my order or address, how can I do that?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at [email protected], we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
6. I have a question on my order or in general that’s not answered here, how can I get help?
